Emma Watson’s Beauty Routine Involves Pubic Hair Conditioner and Endless Baths

Emma Watson plays Belle in Disney’s upcoming live-action film Beauty in the Beast, and since she’s started the film’s press tour, the actress has openly shared her passions for fashion and sustainability. But now, Watson has provided Into the Gloss with a detailed account of her beauty routine. Like really detailed, and its fascinating.

In the interview, Watson revealed that one of her favorite indulgences is an old-fashioned soak in the tub. Not so old-fashioned? The fact that she’s down to take more than one bath in a day. In fact, she loves bathing so much that her tub impressively doubles as a home office because, hey, she’s busy.

“I have a bath every single day of my life. And if I can have two or three—amazing,” Watson said. “Nothing terrible is going to happen in the bath, so I always find time for that. I’ll take phone conversations in the bath, anything.”

She also notes that a bath isn’t complete without her favorite bath products, including C.O. Bigelow Apothecary Cold and Flu Soak, Lola’s Apothecary Queen of Roses Bath Milk, and French Girl Organics Sea Polish.

And when it comes to her hair, the actress leaves no strand behind. “I’ve been bleaching my top lip since I was nine. I don’t do it very often, but I do it!” she said. “There’s that, and I use Fur Oil. I’ll use that anywhere from the ends of my hair to my eyebrows to my pubic hair. It’s an amazing all-purpose product.”

It’s not every day you hear talk of conditioning one’s pubic hair, but as always, Watson is refreshingly honest, so we’ll take this beauty’s word for it.
