UPDATE: February 9, 2017:Out of this world news for fan’s of ColourPop’s Supernova Shadows: The brand just released five new shimmery shades to elevate your eyelid game.

Since launching the liquid eyeshadows last year, ColourPop has returned with all new iridescent shades as part of the Moonlight Magic collection. There’s From the Valley, an icy cool shade of iridescent purple; Now or Never, a champagne shimmer with pink undertones; Over Again, a delicate shade of magenta; Prelude, a Regina George-worthy pink; and Lucky Penny, a surprising shade of baby blue with enough sparkle to blind you.

The shadows are super versatile. Swipe a thin layer on lids solo for a delicate metallic flash, layer up for a high-impact liquid space metals look, or use it as a top layer to light up your usual shadow game. Affordable as ever, ColourPop’s full 13-shade collection of its Super Nova Shadows ($7) is available at ColourPop.com.

ATTN ColourPop fans: something glittery this way comes! We don’t have a date yet, but keep your eyes peeled for the release of five new metallic foil liquid shadows.

Instagrammer @colourpopfun shared swatches and they look downright celestial. There’s Hard To Empress, a rusty red-orange; Firecracker, a mauve-y glitter-bombed pink; Dragon (this appears to be a forthcoming trend), a coppery-gold; Walk of Fame, a nude, champagne gold; and Moon Lit, a purpley-pink. They’re called Supernova Shadows and ColourPop notes their versatility: use them as a base, top coat, or alone.

It’s a good time to be a ColourPop fan — the affordable brand just launched on Sephora.com, and they clearly have more tricks up their sleeve. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more about launch details!
