Jerrod Blandino has been teasing the Too Faced Summer 2017 collection for what feels like half our lives. In reality, it’s only been since October of last year, when we saw the Peanut Butter & Honey Palette for the first time. But let’s be real: In Too Faced time, months are like dog years. We always want to get our hands on Blandino’s #sneakypeeks the second he posts them.
After all the anticipation and mysterious Instagram pictures from Too Faced’s cofounder, we finally have all the info you’ve been patiently waiting for. Yup, we finally know the answers to the who, what, where, why, and when that you’ve been asking yourself about Too Faced’s newest palettes, highlighters, liquid lipsticks, and brow pencils. (We promise everything is launching sooner than summer.)
Love Light Highlighter ($30)
Back when Blandino first showed off the new Skinnydip collaboration, he snuck the upcoming rose-gold highlighter into the shot. The adorable heart-shaped compact is similar to the ones that the Love Flush blushes come in. These guys are metallic, though, and the powder is presse a gorgeous diamond-like design. The highlighters are just as radiant as the precious gemstone, too. Too Faced used a special liquid-to-powder freeze-drying process, so you’ll get the intense illumination of a cream highlighter in a supersoft powdered form. The Love Light Highlighter will come in three shimmery shades: You Light Up My Life (a silver), Blinded by the Light (a gold), and Ray of Light (a rose-gold). As fans of the highlighter in the Sweet Peach Glow palette, we can’t wait to test these babies out.
Natural Love Palette ($59)
As one of Too Faced’s biggest palettes yet, this limited-edition 30-shade eye-shadow palette comes complete with creamy matte and metallic neutrals. The cruelty-free company merged all your favorite shadows from its popular Natural palettes, as well as a shade or two from the Nikkie Tutorials collab. Here are a few that may sound familiar: Honey Pot (a yellow gold), Chocolate Martini (a shimmery dark chocolate), and Heaven (a cream). There are also some new hues that are fresh for the Natural Love Palette, including Bunny Nose (a pinky mauve) and Poodle (a pale pink).
Chocolate Brow-nie ($21)
Too Faced’s first-ever brow pencil originally debuted on HSN. Come next month, you’ll be able to shop it on toofaced.com. The brownie-scented product is packed with actual cocoa powder, which is said to tint and condition arches for up to 12 hours. As for the slanted tip, it’s perfect for creating natural-looking strokes and filling in even the tiniest gaps.
Melted Matte ($21)
Allure editors are not shy about admitting their love for these liquid lipsticks. They are superpigmented but easy to apply, and stay put for ages. So, of course, we are pumped about the six brand-new shades, especially Wicked (a hunter green) and Grannie Panties (mostly because that name is hilarious, but also it’s a lovely greige).
Peanut Butter & Honey Palette ($21)
And last but not least is the follow-up to the sold-out Peanut Butter & Jelly Palette. Like their predecessors, these nine shadows will have a yummy peanut butter scent reminiscent of elementary school lunches. This time, however, it will have a hint of honey. The shade selection is inspired by the sandwich, too. Our eyes are going straight to Honey Buns (a honey yellow). We need to swatch that thing ASAP.
So when will you be able to shop all this? Mark your calendar for March 9. Almost everything from the Too Faced Summer 2017 collection will be available on toofaced.com. The only exception is the Peanut Butter & Honey Palette, which will be exclusively sold at Ulta.
