Kim Kardashian claims to have a totally hair-free body, and she’s not shy about it: She’s gotten her body hair removed on her family’s reality TV show, and has talked about how, at age 12, she was already getting monthly brow and bikini waxes. Turns out, the hair removal isn’t confined to her body. “If you look at pictures of me from three years ago, I had a full two-inches of baby hair along my forehead,” Kardashian said in a recent interview with usmagazine.com. “I had it lasered off, and now it doesn’t come back.” (She also did the back sides of her neck so that when she wears her hair up in a ponytail, it’s fuzz-free.)
Talk about an “a-ha” beauty moment for me: I’ve had baby fuzz along my hairline (though not two inches) for as long as I can remember—the hair’s too short to be slicked back, so it just does its own thing. In fact, I was teased in junior high about it (a boy once asked me if I was wearing a hair net!). It doesn’t bother me anymore, but I’d never thought of getting laser hair removal to fix it, and while I probably won’t go all “seal” like Kim, I just might look into it. Where do I begin? My bikini? My underarms? Or my hairline??
If you could permanently remove hair from one part of your body, which would you choose?
